I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2011—yes, that’s 14 years of passion and dedication! Over the years, I’ve competed in multiple lash championships and proudly won 11 trophies. I’ve also taught lash extension courses, and many of my students are still thriving in the industry today. For me, lash extensions are so much more than just applying lashes. If you’ve ever had a bad experience—felt discomfort, had lashes that were too heavy, or even lost your natural lashes after removal—I’m truly sorry you had to go through that. CANCELLATION POLICY
I totally understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change unexpectedly. That’s why I kindly ask you to let me know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost. • Within 24 hours, this fee increases to 50% of the service cost. • No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service cost. Of course, I truly hope we won’t have to apply these fees. I deeply appreciate every one of my clients for choosing me as their beauty specialist and for valuing my time as much as I value yours.
